Research Initiatives
The Parkinson's Disease Foundation (PDF) has a four-pronged research program dedicated to finding the cause(s) of and a cure for Parkinson's disease. In the fiscal year 2013, which began July 1, 2012, PDF is providing support to more than 40 scientific projects and programs, for a total of $5.3 million.
PDF’s research program includes:
