Dr. Novak is Department Chair of Online Business Administration and Assistant Professor of Leadership at South University in Savannah, GA. He also serves as a leadership consultant and executive coach for nonprofit organizations.
Previous to his time in academia, he spent more than 30 years in various executive roles at IBM.
Diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2008, he is active in Parkinson’s support groups and the Punching Out Parkinson’s exercise program.
Dr. Novak received his doctorate in organizational leadership at Regent University and his master of business administration at The University of Dallas.
