Mr. Hellinger leads organizational and leadership development efforts for the Lower Colorado River Authority. He was formerly director of training and internal communication for a multinational staffing service and a senior leader of distribution operations for a Fortune 50 retailer. He is also a deacon for the Cedar Park Church of Christ.
Mr. Hellinger received his young-onset Parkinson’s diagnosis in August of 2009. Since that time, he has sought opportunities to use his abilities in public speaking, learning and development and team/organizational development within the Parkinson’s community. He participates in several local Parkinson’s disease support groups, as well as Parkinson’s-related social networking groups.
He also volunteers for numerous local charities, such as Habitat for Humanity, National Night Out and the Austin Center for Child Protection.
Mr. Hellinger graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
