Are you a physical therapy educator? Help to prepare the next generation of physical therapists to care for the growing population of people with Parkinson’s by applying to the Physical Therapy Faculty Program at the Parkinson's Foundation. This “train the trainer” program is a four-day course designed to improve physical therapy care in Parkinson’s disease by training faculty leaders across the US so they can, in turn, educate physical therapy students. Physical therapy faculty members in schools of physical therapy in the US and internationally are eligible to apply. The faculty for this site are Laurie King, Ph.D., P.T., and Fay Horak, Ph.D., P.T.

The Physical Therapy Faculty Program at the Parkinson's Foundation has been made possible with support from Shelley and Rick Friedland.
