The Parkinson's Disease Foundation is a proud member of Community Health Charities (CHC). CHC enables employees to donate funds to leading health charities directly from the workplace through their payroll.
Easy Steps to Donate:
- Find out if your employer is a national CHC participant.
If your employer is a national CHC participant:
Visit the human resources or community relations department at your workplace and ask how to designate funds to PDF from your paycheck.
- If your employer is not a national CHC participant:
Call PDF at (800) 457-6676 and ask how you can coordinate with PDF to include your employer as a CHC partner.
PDF is proud to participate in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), which provides federal employees with an opportunity to contribute to charities from Thursday, September 1 through Thursday, December 15.
If you are a government employee and would like to donate through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), make sure you designate PDF as your charity of choice by using the code 11410.
