Q: Can I capture the webcasts presentations and burn them to a CD or DVD?

A: No, it is not possible to capture the presentation from the web in its file format.  The archive file is designed for streaming only.  However, the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation has copies of each event on DVD specifically for support groups in the US and Canada.  In order to reserve your copy, please ask your support group leader to download this request form and submit it to PDF, via mail or email.

 

Q: Is it possible to order a text version/transcript of the broadcast?

A: As of right now, the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation does not create transcripts of our webcasts.  If you missed information, you can view the archive of the event when it is posted or call our helpline at (800) 457-6676 with any other questions about Parkinson’s that may not have been answered.
