BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN STEPS UP FOR PD

In a moment unplanned by event organizers for the 2nd Annual “Light of Day” concert to benefit Parkinson’s research, musical superstar Bruce Springsteen made a surprise appearance.
The second annual “Light of Day” concert, at Sea Bright, NJ, was organized by musician/PWP Joe Grushecky, his manager, Bob Benjamin and promoter, Tony Pallagrosi (of Concerts East). This year’s concert raised $41,000 (an $11,000 increase over revenues raised last year), which will be used by the PDF to support research in Parkinson’s.
