Q:My father, who is 85, has been diagnosed with PD for a little over a year now. He is currently taking low dosages of Sinemet and Mirapex, which control his tremors during the day reasonably well, but they get pretty violent at night. He also has frequent bouts of confusion and depression. If his dosages are increased to deal with the night tremors, will his confusion or depression worsen? (anonymous)Show Answer
