Q:My Father is eighty years old and was diagnosed about ten years ago. Because of his PD he is basically housebound unless someone takes him out. I am a nurse and know the benefits of physical therapy for patients. He was told that Medicare would only pay for a few treatments because Parkinson's patients will never get better but I'm sure that he is deteriorating because of his lack of activity. What is your experience with insurance paying for P.T. for patients?Show Answer
