I am a 46 year old female who has been suffering with a movement disorder with Parkinson-like symptoms for over 24 years. The medications are taking a toll on me and I have no insurance. I barely am able to cover my doctor visits and medication costs. I am now in trouble with the Social Security system. Is there somewhere I can find an advocate for my problem? (DO)
My Grandpa has Parkinson's Disease; he was diagnosed over six years ago. He is fun to talk to but hard to understand.
He keeps on talking about his parents and have memory blips. Is that normal?

My dad is 79 with Parkinson's. He has many of the typical signs of the disease but the big problem is he falls and has had 20+ stitches twice recently. What type of helmet can we get to help him? He has a large head so many are too small. Thank you. (PF)
My mother is 84 years old and is slowly but consistently losing her mobility due to her progressing Parkinson’s. My father cannot help her get up if she falls. She wants to get a scooter so she will have more freedom of movement. I know the theory is "use it or lose it" but at this point does it really matter?
