Q:I am a 41 year old male diagnosed with Parkinson's. Although I have the typical symptoms, my major symptom is lack of energy (mind wanting to complete a project but body not allowing it) and excessive daytime sleepiness. I am curious about the use of stimulants for these symtpoms. I am currently on Ritalin but still suffer. I have been on Provigil with some luck but not great. I was wondering if there is ever a combination of typical stimulants used for ADD, like Adderall, along with products, such as the new Ritalin patch (used for long term dispursement into the system)?
