Q:My wife's 94-year-old Grandmother was diagnosed with PD. Would it be a normal occurrence for her to have a lack of desire to talk for extended periods of time (four-five days)? She has been able to speak in recent weeks but does not want to talk now. Could this be physiologic or mostly psychologic depression/frustration? Thank you very much for your help. (BR)Show Answer

Q:I was diagnosed as having PD about 7 years ago. I am now 52. For the past several years, I have had 7 infected teeth all needing root canals. I would appreciate any information I can receive. (anonymous)Show Answer
