Tell your story about living with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Whether it’s about your diagnosis, PD’s effects on your life or ways you’ve learned to cope – we invite you to share it with the Parkinson’s community.

How to Share Your Story

Step I: Submit your personal information below. You may choose to remain anonymous or choose to have your name, as you type it below, shown on our site alongside your submission.

Step 2: Submit your story. We recommend submitting a story between 500 and 750 words.

Step 3: Our webmaster will review your story and respond within thirty days. Stories may be edited for length and clarity. Not all submissions will be posted. If any changes are made, you will have the opportunity to review, edit and approve your story before it is published.
