One Week Left for Scholarships to the PAN Research and Public Policy Forum

The Parkinson's Disease Foundation (PDF) has received an update from the Parkinson's Action Network (PAN) regarding early scholarship applications for its annual Research and Public Policy Forum.

The deadline to apply for a scholarship for the upcoming 2011 Parkinson’s Action Network (PAN) Research & Public Policy Forum is one week away.  Apply now to ensure that your application is submitted before the deadline!  All scholarship applications must be submitted by December 10, 2011.

The 2011 PAN Forum features two days of education and advocacy sessions held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.  From February 28 through March 2, 2011, advocates from across the country come to Washington to learn and work with others in our community.  On the final day of the Forum, advocates meet with their Members of Congress on Capitol Hill, urging support for policies important to the Parkinson’s community.  You can find more information, register, or apply for a scholarship on the Forum Web site:

PAN also offers participants the opportunity to participate in the Forum from home, via the free and interactive Webcast on February 28 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.  Visit us online to learn more about these exciting opportunities to make a difference for our community!

Don’t wait!  Apply for your PAN Forum scholarship today!

PAN is the voice of the Parkinson's community in Washington, DC.  In 2010, PDF is supporting PAN with a grant of $200,000.
