Help the AAN Determine the Best Measures for Parkinson's

The American Academy of Neurology (AAN), is asking for input from the Parkinson's disease community on ten performance measures developed for Parkinson’s disease. The public comment period runs through 6:00 PM ET on Monday, October 12, 2009.
Performance measures are tools doctors use to determine how to best diagnose, manage, and treat specific aspects of care. To develop the performance measures on Parkinson’s disease, the AAN rigorously reviewed all available guidelines on Parkinson’s disease. After reviewing the guidelines, the AAN used the strongest evidence to produce performance measures, or recommendations, to doctors for caring for people with Parkinson’s disease.
