First-ever World Parkinson Congress to be Held in 2006

The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation (PDF) is proud to announce the launch of the World Parkinson Congress (WPC), a new event in the international Parkinson’s community, to be held in Washington, DC, February 22-26, 2006.

The WPC, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to providing an international forum for the best scientific discoveries, medical practices and caregiver initiatives related to Parkinson’s disease. The WPC will bring together physicians, scientists, allied health professionals, caregivers and people with Parkinson’s disease to create a worldwide dialogue, to advance research and to identify and disseminate better treatment practices for Parkinson’s.
