PDF Receives Highest Charity Rating for Fifth Year
As a PDF supporter, we often hear from you about how you or a loved one has been touched by Parkinson’s disease. That is why PDF is so committed to using your donations wisely and why we are proud to report that we have received another four-star rating (the highest one) from Charity Navigator.
PDF Receives Highest Ranking from Charity Navigator!
For the fifth consecutive year, PDF has received a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, meaning it “exceeds industry standards and outperforms most charities in its Cause.” The ranking reflects Charity Navigator’s assessment of PDF’s financial health, and our accountability and transparency.
This news also makes PDF the only Parkinson’s organization to have been awarded both a four-star rating and the Charity Seal of Approval from the Wise Giving Alliance of the Better Business Bureau.
We hope you agree with the sentiments of Tom Palizzi, of Denver, CO, a person living with Parkinson’s and Chair of our Advisory Council, who said of this news,
“People who want to help those with Parkinson’s and ultimately find a cure want to know their donations will have an impact. PDF’s latest four-star ranking from Charity Navigator is yet another reflection of the organization’s commitment to improving the lives and futures of those touched by Parkinson’s disease.”
