Join PDF – by phone or computer – for the third event in our six-part educational series of PD ExpertBriefings.   This one-hour event, led by Janna Dutton, J.D., will provide tips on navigating the legal issues that face people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD).  Ms. Dutton will cover issues such as care plans, advanced directives and wills.  During the last 20 minutes of the event, participants will have the opportunity to ask Ms. Dutton their own questions.  Please note that Ms. Dutton is based in Illinois.  She will be prepared to answer legal questions about the US, but may not be able to speak about each state's specific regulations.

Janna Dutton, J.D.

Ms. Dutton is an attorney with Janna Dutton & Associates, based in Chicago, Illinois.  Ms. Dutton is certified by the National Elder Law Foundation as an Elder Law attorney and has held this certification since 1995.   She has been practicing in the area of elder law for more than 25 years.  Presently she concentrates her legal practice in the areas of guardianship, trusts and estate planning, Medicaid, including planning and applications, Medicare and other health insurance coverage problems, probate and estate administration.
