As a Parkinson's sufferer, a friend suggested I submit pictures of my paper crafting for inclusion in the Creativity and Parkinson's gallery. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy creating them.
My paper crafting started out as card making, but it soon branched out as I realized the possibilities. Each tiny piece of paper is cut by hand - it takes many hours to create one picture. The most fun part is making the figures of children.
I have never thought of myself as artistic, but this medium has showed me that I can produce "art" that pleases me and others. This creative pursuit moderates some of my Parkinson's symptoms and helps keep my spirits up.
