Mary Foertsch
I was an art major in college and used my art as an elementary teacher for over 20 years.
In January, 2005, I began using my artistic skills in jewelry making. Working with gem stones has helped me mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I have been accepted in several local venues and have donated $5 from every sale to the Sun Coast Parkinson's Assn.
The piece I'm submitting was designed with Opal and Rose Quartz, enhanced by a Garnet. Opal and Rose Quartz, along with the Garnet enhancer, are helpful for Parkinson's disease according to folk lore sources.
