The name of this work is "Texaco Boy." It was drawn by my brother, Delbert Del Porto, who passed away on September 18, 2004.
He was an artist and Social Worker before Parkinson's disease. I think it is quite an exquisite piece as my brother at the time this was done was just beginning art school.
Due to circumstances in his life, he changed his major and became a Master in Social Work. He did that for the rest of his life until the Parkinson's became too unbearable.
