Here I found myself, my roots, my land, my face, my pain.
Parkinson's disease has stressed my life a little bit.
I have learned to accept my new limitations. But I will not give up. There is life ahead and I try to catch every opportunity that I see around.
I'm not an artist but working in this painting made me feel relaxed, connected to myself, with my emotions.
I just hope that all the people who live with Parkinson's disease could find a place like this, where you could feel loved, accepted and where you can develop new abilities that make you feel alive again.
