Join the Atlantic Neuroscience Institute as it hosts a weekly Guided Meditation Class for people living with Parkinson's and care partners to help them reduce stress, anxiety and other difficulties associated with chronic illness. Instructor Pat Stein will present on the benefits of meditation practice, including progressive relaxation, guided imagery and visualization.
Classes are free to attend and will be held on Thursdays at 2:15 PM from March 21 through May 9.
