Join the University of Maryland School of Medicine for its Within Our Reach conference where both patients and care partners can actively engage in developing new skills to address problems associated with living with Parkinson’s Disease.
This interactive symposium will feature experts in the field and illustrate a three step process (identify key problems, set individual goals and develop targeted action plans) for common problems in Parkinson's.
PDF Research Advocate Len Schwartz will provide information and educational resources at PDF's table.
