Join Joette Giorgis, a person living with Parkinson's disease, as she leads the weekly Port St. Lucie, Dance for PD class at Holy Family Church.
The class is held every Monday morning and open to people with any movement disorder that are interested in improving flexibility and coordination through the rhythm and flow of music. All of the dances may be danced as "chair dances" by people who have difficulty standing. People with wheel chairs and walkers are also welcome to attend.
