Join Oakland University and Beaumont Health System as they host the Second Midwest Conference on Stem Cell Biology and Therapy. The conference will address the latest advancements in basic and applied stem cell research including developmental and age-related diseases, cancers, regenerative medicine, as well as drug design and discovery.
It will feature workshops, lectures and presentations on selected topics by leaders in the field.
Expected participants include scientists, clinicians, pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and regulatory agencies. The conference will also provide an opportunity to educate the general public on ethical and scientific issues concerning stem cell research and clinical applications.
