Photo Campaign: Make a Difference

Do you make a difference in the fight against Parkinson's?

Why? How? Share your reasons and your ways.

Step 1:  Download and print a sign by clicking here.

Step 2: Fill in the blank (we recommend using a black marker so your message is visible) individually with your family, friends or support group.

Step 3: Take a photo! If it’s a group shot, make sure the sign is readable. If you like, you can also write a 100-word description about what your sign means.

Step 4: Share your photo in one of two ways.

• Option one: upload to Facebook and tag us at www.pdf.org/facebook. Write your description as the caption. Also, simply fill out this short survey giving us permission to share your photo.
• Option two: Don’t have Facebook? Email us at info@pdf.org with your photo, a 100-word description and we can post it for you! Simply fill out this short survey giving us permission to share your photo.

Step 5: Your photo may be featured in our weekly e-newsletters or on our website!
