- $50 per month will fund a PDF Conference Grant to study an emerging issue in Parkinson's.

In order to qualify, an individual must be a new monthly donor, with a minimum monthly donation of $5. Offer valid from Thursday, October 24 to Sunday, November 24, 2013 only. The Parkinson's Disease Foundation will supply your name and address to the distributor of Chock full o'Nuts coffee for shipment purposes only.
